The website (all Temple websites may hereafter be referred to, both individually and collectively, as "the website") from which you accessed this agreement, is provided to you subject to the conditions listed below. You are responsible for the actions of any other person who may utilize your access rights on the Temple website.

Game punishments

You may get banned by suspicion from game moderators, this is a user issue and not caused by Temple.
We are also not responsible for bans caused when using Luas or other forms of addons.

Discord Server

You will not disclose any information gained from the Discord server to anybody who does not already own our product, this includes members, messages/content, & channels.
You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when interacting in the community, Temple staff will punish you as they see fit, mostly depends on the severity.
You must speak in either english, portuguese, or spanish in our chats, this makes it easier to moderate.
You must have an IQ of average, or above, in order to communicate in the discord server. Please write in clean and understandable language in the chats or tickets, we will not help you otherwise.

Grounds for Termination

Your use of our service(s) must not violate any of the following restrictions, failure to comply may result in termination of your access to any or all parts of our service(s).

• Redistributing or attempting to redistribute your Temple account (i.e account sharing, selling your account, etc).
• Attempting to chargeback or refund any service purchased from Temple.
• Distributing our service(s) to people who do not already have access to our service(s).
• Trying to develop an anti-product, copy, clone, accurate recreation, of any of the software or features found within.
• Working for a competitor or anti-cheat company/organization, or an entity that works against Temple.
• Analyzing Temple script, including:
  • ·  Analysis of network authentication.
  • ·  Reversing or deobfuscating any binaries downloaded from the Temple website.
  • ·  Any analysis made under bad faith, or for malicious reasons.

We may at our sole discretion suspend or terminate your access to our service(s), with or without notice for any reason or no reason at all.

Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund provided you contact us within 24 hours of purchase, we have deemed the reason for refund as valid, and you have not violated any condition in our Grounds for Termination. Examples of valid reason are:

• Inability to use our service(s) due to incompatibility with our product or other reasons that may be out of your limits.
